Per your Guarantee, I wish to get a full refund. How do I do that?

I wish to take advantage of your full satisfaction guarantee, close the account, and request a refund. So I have requested to billing team for 100 % Full Refund on 20 July 2015 via Support Ticket (ID # 2341437, 2341007 & 2342630). But no one replied to my mail.
How to get a refund?
Very poor customer service for a hosting company like InMotion.

Hello Tourfique, I'm sorry to hear that you are leaving our service. Unfortunately, the Support Center website is unable to process any refund requests. Please contact our Customer Service team to resolve this issue for you in a timely manner. Please remember that refunds will typically have a process. You need to request cancellation and then they will refund the account. I checked your account to see if the issue was not being followed. You have submitted 3 different tickets within a 24 hour period (starting from 7/21/15). I will also notify the Customer Service team that you have some urgency with your request.
