InMotion Hosting Support Center

With your Reseller Hosting plan you can create cPanel accounts and upgrade/downgrade those accounts through WHM. You can also suspend and unsuspend accounts through your reseller WHM account. There are a few reasons why you may want to suspend one of your hosting customer's accounts such as nonpayment or resource abuse.

How to Suspend cPanel Accounts

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Under Account Functions choose Manage Account Suspension
  3. Choose the account you are managing and click Suspend

How to Unsuspend a cPanel Account

  1. Under Account Information choose List Suspended Accounts
  2. Click Unsuspend for the account you want to unsuspend

I advise contacting our Live Support team so they can verify your account and help with the suspension.
