Hi, is hosted in your system.
their administrator is leaving and they asked me (a 3rd party) to take over the domain. Problem is that administrator registered another domain under same account, so we can just pass me the login.
I have already took over for the same company and have control over the domain. Is it possible to move to be admin'd by same user as (user is: )? If so, what are the correct steps? The admin from should email support or fill in some form and pass the control rights? Please let me know. Pls cc me on my company email also: when u replay to this request. Thanks!

Hello Jevgeni,

To move a domain from one account to another, either you or the admin of the other domain can do so by requesting the move of the files to our Live Support team. The person requesting the move of the domain must be able to verify both accounts, however.

To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
