I want a form in my html allowing viewers to return email to me.

I followed your code exactly at https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/website-design/using-php-and-mysql/how-to-create-a-custom-php-contact-form and the only change I made was to change my email address to something meaningful. Result? Not sure...but it did say that it sent email...but of course I never got it. Been wondering why ???????
