How to setup 'from' in WordPress contact form

I have a contact form (using Contact 7 plugin) on my wordpress site. When it emails the user to confirm that their message was sent, it says it is from [email protected] and I'd LIKE it to say it is from [email protected]. Can I change the settings in wordpress so all messages sent from my website say they're from [email protected]?

I think I might have found the solution in a plug-in called "WP Change Default From Email". It seems to be working - I'm a little worried my emails might get caught in spam because my website is actually on a subdomain, but am hoping for the best. :)
