My website contact form does not send e-mails to a specific google apps e-mail address, but it send to other google apps accounts without issues. I've contacted inmotion hosting supprt team before for this issue they fixed it for me for all my websites (they told me that they let the server understands to send to google apps) but now ... the old websites work fine and their google apps emails working fine, but the new created accounts doesn't send to new created google apps accounts but it sends to old google apps account.

:) I know it's complicated but I will explain more here:

oldwebsite1.com wasn't sending emails to [email protected] (google apps)
oldwebsites2.com wasn't sending emails to [email protected] (google apps)

I've contacted inmotion hosting support and now
oldwebsite1.com is sending e-mails to [email protected] (google apps)
oldwebsite2.com is sending e-mails to [email protected] (google apps)

and he told me that he made it by default for the server to send e-mails to google apps.

when I created new cpanels account with newwebsite1.com and newwebsite2.com

newwebsite1.com doesn't send e-mail to [email protected]
newwebsite2.com doesn't send e-mail to [email protected]

and the strange is
newwebsite1.com does send e-mails to [email protected] and [email protected]
newwebsite2.com does send e-mails to [email protected] and [email protected]

:) I hope you understand the issue. thank you.

Hello Shrka, Thank you for your question about a contact form not sending emails. Since you are not hosting email on our servers, make sure the MX records for your domains are set to Remote Mail Exchanger. We are happy to help further, but will need some additional information. Can you provide the domain names you are testing? This will allow me to look at the specific DNS setup. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
