My SItes loading slow

Sites are running slow and I am using all the ram? Have tried out tbwhs.com tbwhs.com/blog leopardgeckoland.com etc. All sites seem to be running slow. I have WP Super Cache installed. Not sure what the issue is. I can give you a full list of sites on this VPS 2000 plan.
