The maximum number of databases you can create has been reached -Error

I keep getting this message when trying to install WordPress: The maximum number of databases you can create has been reached, so installation cannot proceed.

I don't have any databases created at all. Why am i seeing this message? Are my files (CSS, HTML) too big?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about "The maximum number of databases you can create has been reached" error. Most likely, you signed up in the past for a Hosting Plan that did not include databases. You may have to Contact Live Support to confirm this for you.
