Images not displaying in joomla website?

Images not displaying. What can I do?
As the files are restored, via back-up folder [***.tar] in >> public_html.
I even downloaded the files and database[MySql] to my desktop, then also I could'nt make it run on wampserver...

The reason why your images are not showing up is because they are not in the correct folder. For most joomla installations that would be /home/userna5/public_html/images/. Due to your account being with Godaddy, I am not able to look at your files on the server.
