VPS1000 Name Server configuration

I come from a shared server to VPS and I was enabled root access in AMP, I don't update my domain name server with my registrar until now, so do you will send me a custom sever to change my current name server or should I use ns.inmotionhosting.com & ns2.inmotionhosting.com?
