cannot login to amp

i am having trouble logging into my account i assumed i'd got the password wrong so tried to request a reset but it keeps telling me the domain name and email are wrong but they aren't i have an email from you confirming these when i signed up can you help please

Hello, Thank you for contacting us today. Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing AMP. Is it possible your email address was updated, or changed after you signed up. I resent your AMP information to the email address on file for your account. The address that went to, is one you should use to login to AMP.
