chat summary not recieved on mail

April 2. and today, april 10. , I had a support chat. I wanted to recieve a repost of my former chat. It did not arrive. I also should recieve a reset-link for main acsess. Nothing arrived.
Hello Ketil, I see in your account notes that you wanted a copy of an older chat and it was pasted into the current chat for you. I've also gone ahead and sent you a separate email with your chat transcripts from today and 4/2/2014 to you as well. If are having issues logging into AMP, you can always reset your AMP password. If you're having issues with that, please contact live support so that they can assist you further. Please let us know if you had any other questions at all. - Jacob
