How can create return menu in the Information bar at the bottom ...

Hi,
I am trying to set menu "RETURN" in the Information bar at the bottom of the screen. Finally created a new position, which appears on the screen, but I cannot tie it with settings from System / localization / Returns / return reasons.
Probably I am not creating the menu in the right way. I would be very grateful if you give a hint where is my mistake.
I am using Opencart version 1.5.4.

I think it will be good idea to put such a link for Return menu directly on the screen in order to improve customer satisfaction. But maybe this is not good idea.

Your request is a bit unclear. Are you trying to simply place a link to your returns page? If so, you may simply create a static link to this location directly within your menus.
