In box not populating

Can you please verify my email settings on our server. Outlook settings all checkout and incoming and outgoing are working . The inbox however does not populate.
Hello llc1012 Thank you for your question. If Outlook is agreeing with your settings without error, then they are correct. However, if you wish to verify that information, you will want to take a look at our article on how to find your email settings. Also, be sure that the outlook is focused on the correct user account and that you have not set up an email account in Outlook to look for an email account using your cPanel username, it must be a full email address such as [email protected] and not userna5.
