Wild Card Domain Error - Server Not Found

I created a subdomain in my account and installed WordPress there, which is working normally. I now want to convert WP to multi-site, so I created a wildcard domain in cPanel like this: *..mydomain.com I also made all of the WP modifications in wp-config.php and .htaccess, and the WP Admin panel is showing multi-site capability. However, when I try to browse to one of my new multi-sites, I get a "Server Not Found" error. Can you help?

Hello Alehrfeld1, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the WP multisite coming up. If the subdomain change that you created was recent (for the wildcard subdomains), then it is possible that the issue is simply DNS propagation (usually, this will occur within a few hours). Also, double-check the WordPress documentation here: Configuring Wildcard Subdomains , to make sure that nothing is missing. If you continue to have problems after 24 hours, then please let us know so that we may further investigate the issue. Regards, Arnel C.
