Hello Masonem, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the backup. The main issue here could be that whatever is being saved at the 45% mark is probably a very LARGE file, or there's a connection issue or something else keeping it from completing. There is unfortunately nothing that I can do to speed up your backup. I'm also not sure HOW you're making the backup. If it's in progress, give it a few hours and see if it will complete. If it has been stuck at 45% for more than a few hours and still hasn't progressed, then you may want to cancel it. I would suggest the following option to backup the Drupal site: 1) Backup the Database using the cPanel backup, or export it using PHP so that you have a complete SQL file. Check out: Exporting database using phpMyAdmin. 2) Use FTP to download the website files for the folder holding all of the files. Using FTP to backup your files. Splitting the backup and using FTP would be the fastest way to make it work. Otherwise, you should wait for the backup application to complete (or at least give it a few hours). I hope this helps to give you a few possible answers concerning the backup issue. Otherwise, give it a few hours to complete (if you're using cPanel backup it looks like it's just sitting there doing nothing). If you still need further assistance, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
