out dated MOD_SECURITY core ruleset

I have a store with Wordpress and Woocommerce and I am getting some problems with MOD_SECURITY because using a payed theme I cant get it to work because its blocking .COOKIES. Please read this to understand better:

Please theres a way to fix that??

Hello GKDantas, I am unable to locate your account to see whether you are on a shared, VPS, or dedicated account. If you are on a shared server, the mod_security rules are updated during routine maintenance or as needed. They do not have a particular schedule. There are also different rule packs that may affect how the rules affect a site. You may certainly disable the mod_security for your particular account if you wish. Best Regards, Scott M
