Blank page after logging into cPanel

I get the username and password screen, I enter the information and the screen is blank. nothing is populating. It has been this way all day and I am not able to work on my website. please help.

Hello Drummen, I am able to log in, however I have my own password. You may want to try to access the cpanel via the cpanel subdomain to see if that helps. To do so, instead of typing example.com/cpanel, try using cpanel.example.com If that does not work, you may want to contact our Live Support at [email protected]. Be sure to validate the account with the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. You also will want to include the current cpanel username and password so they can log in as you.
