Missing data on my end

There is evidence that there may be a problem with my Open Cart Admin on my end.

I am working on an issue with reports on my end. A couple of days ago Arnel mentioned that he could see a recent order in my admin on his end. I see nothing (zero) on my end. No reports at all.

Yesterday Scott mentioned that he could see (missing orders) in the drop down status menu in Report>Orders. On my end I see everything else except (missing orders).

I have used IE and Firefox to investigate this. I have cleared the browser and cookies, and refreshed.

My interface on this end apparently has some bugs. Do you know what is happening?


Hello simonbk, Thank you for your question. To access the missing orders go to: Sales->Orders Then on the Orders page, click the drop-down box under the Status heading, and click Missing Orders. Now click the Filter button to the right.
