Remove block on Constant Contact?

I'm having a problem with some important emails being blocked that our directors need to receive from Constant Contact.

I understand that you employ filters and/or blacklists to protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this has made it impossible for me to receive newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have requested.

Here's some info listed from their unblocking request template:

Constant Contact is not an open relay and has strict anti-spam policies in place. Because your filters block emails from Constant Contact I am unable to receive these communications.

Mail from Constant Contact can be found by the following characteristics for whitelisting:

Sending IPs:

All mail from $cmpny is sent from:

Specific IPs sending from this range:

On our shared servers we cannot unblock IPs that are are known blacklists; however, because your account is on a VPS, we can white list those for your private server.

Unfortunately, this type of request cannot be done through the support center forum. Our tech support staff will need to do this. Please contact support by email ([email protected]) with this request. You will need to verify the account with the original AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file in the email. They will need account information like the domain on the account or the cpanel username. Sorry for the inconvenience.
