Remote Database Access

Hi guys,
just few hours ago I received 500 server error from a website of mine.

I chatted with a live assistant and he told me there was a problem with the server.

the problem apparently seems to be fixed (the website is up and running) but all the scripts which were working with the remote database access don't work anymore.

Months ago i solved a similar problem with Tim S.

Can someone help me?

I just spoke with our systems team and they are aware of the issue on your server. It requires some database software updates that they are in the process of enacting. Our apologies for the problems. They should be resolved shortly. Give it a few hours and most, and then it should be back to normal. If not, then call in to live support to check on status - advise that it is in regards to the database issues on your server.
