Blocking Emails

Customers keep calling and saying that their emails are bouncing back because of something called Has this happened to anyone else and if so how can I fix the issue.
Hello justinreid27, I did a little checking and found that is a microsoft exchange email server. This means that someone is using that service and it sounds like it is bouncing the emails back to the sender for some reason. We are happy to take a look at the bounceback email if you can send one to us. You can send that specific information to [email protected] Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent. Best Regards, Scott M
