How to upload premium theme on wordpress

I have tried to upload a premium theme onto Wordpress but I am getting an error that asks if I am sure I want to do this.
How do I add this directly to the server instead?

Hello leahjjean, You can upload the themes files directly via your File Manager in the cpanel.
