Hello Soloud, The server your account was decommissioned and all accounts moved to a new account a couple of months ago. You can find the new server name in the technical details section of your Account Management Panel (AMP.) To view the technical details of your account in the AMP, simply perform the following steps: 1) Log in to the AMP 2) Click on the 'AMP Home' link 3) Click on the 'Details' link that is on the right hand panel under 'Technical Details' 4) Your server name is listed as 'Hostname' I hope this answers your question.
