email problem

I understand that there is some problems with my servers and that may the reason for my email problems.

But i made some changes to the way the Outlook setups the account as isproposed to the inmotion help pages.

That is i enabled the authentication for outgoing messages by checking the option for outgoing SMTP server requires authentication and is the same as incoming server....

I hope that is correct....

Anyway it might just be the general problems with the server,

Yes, you are correct regarding your smtp settings.

1. You should enable SMTP Authentication
2. Your username and password to authenticate with will be your full email address (all lowercase) and password
