Sorry for the problem with the "unknown error" when trying to send an email with an attachment. In order for us to troubleshoot the issue we will need more information. If you can provide the entire bounce message that provides the error, we can look into it further. Also, please remember that there is a 50 MB limit on attachments in emails. Can you verify that email can be sent to the recipient without an attachment?
