How do I configure my Junk folder

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Satisfaction mark by Larry Mandelberg 4 years ago

I wouldn't say bad, and I can't say "Good, I;m satisfied" because I'm not. The problem is I didn't ask the right question. I'm using Roundcube to access email on my Motorola Moto G4 mobile phone, Android version 7.0. I found emails sent to me from senders I want and need to receive them from. I've been concerned that they may not be making it into my ImH email either. Another problem is that the Roundcube user interface doesn't allow me complete use of the app, e.g. when I try to send or reply to an email, the screen that pops up is so big, I can't see what I'm typing over the keyboard which makes it impossible for me to edit anything I type without spending an inordinate amount of time micky-mousing around with it just to ensure proper spelling, etc. How do I fix this on my mobile phone? Is that something you can help me with?

Hi Larry Mandelberg,

Thank you for the additional information. I'm sorry important emails are not reaching you and you're having trouble with the mobile app. Concerning the mobile app, unfortunately, we cannot assist because that is not our product. However, if you haven't tried it yet, as a suggestion, you may want to try setting up your email using the default mail app on your Motorola Moto G4 mobile phone. You can learn how to manually set up your email here. The user experience may be better using the default app.

For your missing emails, I suggest reaching out to our Support Department directly. They will be able to take a closer look at the issue and diagnose why some emails aren't getting through to you.

Kindest regards,

Stormy
