Inbox in Outlook automatically deletes

I added an account in my android phone then I added an account in my laptop in Outlook 2013. I also added another email (of the same domain) in Outlook 2013. I can receive and send emails but on my primary account (the first one) after about 15-30 mins the inbox would just be empty, same thing when I check my phone and also in webmail. The emails cant be found in the deleted/junk/trash folders. Interestingly my 2nd email is working fine and doesn't auto delete the emails. Both of them were set up the same way with root directory at INBOX. I also tried removing the account in my android phone, but to no avail my emails still keep getting deleted.

Hello 10_ray, Sorry for the problem with your Inbox disappearing in Outlook. Typically, the reason this is happening is because you have setup multiple device to pull the mail using the POP protocol. If you change them all to use IMAP settings, then you won't have that problem. If you find that you're still missing mail after changing your email settings to use IMAP instead of POP, then please contact our live technical support team so that they can look at your mail logs to see the source of the issue. For more information on your email settings for IMAP, see this article. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C.
