Cannot connect to server

I have put in all the details of my current email settings and so far I can send emails from that imported address but cant receive.

When I put in the details I the following message:
There was a problem while connecting to
Server returned error: "Missing +OK response upon connecting to the server: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE IDLE AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN AUTH=CRAM-MD5 AUTH=DIGEST-MD5] Dovecot ready."

Hello, Sorry to hear that you are having problems with being able to receive email. In checking the error message provided it appears that you have configured the main mail servers with the SMTP address. This is incorrect and should be set to your main mail server's domain name. For example, if your domain is "", then it should be something like or simply It is normally not set to "" as per the dig I used to query your domain.
