Hi - After successfully logging into ftp via filezilla, i am unable to see any files. Only see "Empty Directory Listing" message. I was able to view files before.
Sorry for the issues with Filezilla listing the directories and files. The view you're referring to refers to the account settings for the user you're using to login to FTP account. If you're using the cPanel user (and password) to login to FTP, then you will see all of the files. If you're using a user who is assigned to a particular directory, then you'll only see that directory. In most cases, if you created an FTP user, the directory that's assigned will have NO files or folders, so your view of the files on the server may be limited. I hope this has helped to explain the issue. If you want to see all of the files on the server, then I recommend logging in using the cPanel user credentials.
If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
