EasyApache 3 Hangs during build

I was looking to update my VPS to a newer version of PHP to fix some issues with some WordPress extensions I was having, but yesterday it hung during EasyApache 3 build at "Generating phar.phar" and I can not add my IP to the firewall to SSH in, kill the process, and try again.
