Problems with domain propagation

Hi, I have 2 reseller packages in my inmotion account. The newest reseller package is giving me problems with dns propagation. With the first one it only took hours but with the other one it has taken more than 2 or 3 days with propagate. I think it has something to do with the ip. Anyway if I change the A records in the registrar it propagates quickly but nit if I change the nameservers (which by the way are correct). Please help.
