How to re-arrange header

I've selected a header theme, but would like to customize it by changing the location of text blocks, widgets, etc. Is there a way to move the elements in a header around, and to add more elements if desired, to tweak the header design?

Hello, Thank you for your question about customizing your header theme. Typically, custom changes to a theme involve changes to the theme's code. However, if you are using BoldGrid, you can customize your header via the 'Advanced' tab in your Customizer. Gratefully, Casey B.
