Change admin password on WordPress

Hi everyone!


My company has created a web page with Wordpress.org. The page was made by the team before us and now we want to add modifications (change theme for example).


Unfortunately, we don't have any access to the wordpress admin pannel of this page and we can't ask the previous team to give us the password…


Is there any possibility to reset the admin password of our page without going by the PhP files?
