problems with SSL support in email

I am having a problem accessing webmail, and sending email, the error messages are all SSL related.

I also can't connect over TLS/port 587

Hello allen@applespecialist, Thank you for your question about SSL email issues. What do the errors you are receiving in webmail or email client say? Port 587 is not used for mail encryption. For SSL, you will want to use port 465. I will refer to our guide on general email troubleshooting for more information and suggestions. Best, Christopher M.
