Hello, Sorry for the problem with adding an email account on your Android phone. I checked this by creating a POP3 account based on your domain (dilbeckandsons.com). I was able to add a POP3 account to my Thunderbird email client and test both outgoing and incoming emails. I suspect that the connection error may be related to one of two things - the phone setup is trying to use SSL, or the outgoing email server is being set by default. The default port in many of these setups is 25. It should be set to 587. Try our tutorial, and make sure that you use a manual configuration for the settings. That way you can make sure that the user name (used for inbound and outbound server connections) is set to the email address and uses a password. The settings for security should be set to "normal password" or something similar (depends on the mail client). We do apologize as we cannot launch calls from the Support Center.
