WordPress Plugins won't update

Hello. My plugins won't update when Wordpress says they are updated. On one hand, I get the notification of 5 updates available. On the other hand, when I go to the Updates page, I am notified that all plugins are up to date.

When I go to my plugins list, I can see that 5 plugins are in an outdated version (this number has been increasing), even though in that page (the plugins list page) there is no warning of "update available" next to the plugin's name.

I've searched this issue at StackExchange.com and saw it is probably opcode cache related, on the server side. In the beginning of this month, I have requested InMotion for an update of my server side cache, and was informed on the 5th of February that Zend OpCache has been set up. Coincidentally, the present issue began after that date. Can you please let me know whether or not any of this might apply to the present issue? And of course, how to fix it? P.S.: I haven't added any plugins, or done anything but write new posts, since before this issue began.

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding WordPress. Have you tried disabling all of your plugins then try applying the update? As a last result I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing the plugins that need to be updated. Also as another last resort we could remove opCache from the server.
