How do I go about changing from my current Web Host to Inmotion?

I am a novice and do a website for a singing group. I have been using WebEasy Pro software and hosting and then all of a sudden it all changed to Arvixe and after I had a horrible time paying the bill, I cannot publish any changes. It will not work anymore. I have called and emailed and no response. You can't even get a human. I want to change to Inmotion but have no idea how to go about doing that. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for your contacting us about changing your Host to InMotion. Sorry to hear about your past experiences. Here is a helpful link to our guide on How to Transfer your Site from Arvixe to InMotion Hosting. That guide has two options, but I recommend following the section on how to Transfer a Full cPanel Backup since you built your site with Web Easy Pro. After you migrate your website, the last step is pointing your domain's Nameservers to InMotion. Alternately, if you do not have access to your cPanel at Arvixe anymore, you can sign up with us and publish your site directly with Web Easy.
