How to Block email Addresses

None of the email addresses that I've added to my blocked list in Outlook 2010 are being blocked for this email account. I believe this is because it is an IMAP account and I need to do the blocking on your server, rather than from Outlook. How can I block them?

Hello, Thank you for your question on blocking email addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot client side software such as Outlook if it is malfunctioning. However, we can assist with your request on how to block email addresses on the server. You can certainly do so with User Level Filtering. This will apply the block to the account no matter what device or email client you use. Otherwise you would need to perform this on every device you may check your email from (phone, tablet, etc).
