Building Second Website (Add-On Domain) WordPress Genesis Framework

I built my first website two years ago using the Genesis Framework for WordPress. It has worked wonderfully. However, I recently have needed to build a second website that is entirely separate from the other one for my business. It has been so long since setting up the first one that I'm a little lost. I purchased and registered a new domain, installed it as an add-on domain, and now want to start building the new site; however, I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed further and other forums have either been a bit irrelevant or have confused me to some degree. I have quite a bit of a time constraint due to dates and deadlines of a live event and need to get the site up and running as soon as possible. Any and all input, links to existing content, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
