Unable to receive e-mail using Outlook v15.15 (Mac)

I can send e-mail just fine, I just can't receive it; the same set-up/login credentials work in Apple Mail (and I can see they arrive using SquirrelMail), so there's something specific to this (new) version of Outlook that's giving me a royal brain hernia. Any suggestions?

Hello Rich, Sorry for the problem with sending emails using Outlook. I tested sending emails to a test email account created within your account and it appears to receive email okay. I know you're using Outlook for Mac, but can you provide information on how you're setting it up? The problem does not appear to be related to the server - if it was a server-side problem, then no accounts would receive email.
