magento site on subdomain is broken

We just transferred a magento site via cPanel full backup and restore. Site.com is working fine but the wholesale.domain.com is not working. This error shows up:
PAGE NOT FOUND

We cannot locate the page you're looking for. Please check the address and make sure all letters are lowercased with no spaces.
