How can I change the default order status to "processing"? InMotionFans 8 years ago Answered Right now it's set up to "cancelled" every time I receive a new order.
So when you get new orders on your website it defaults to cancelled? What CMS/ecommerce solution are you using? Do you have anything in sandbox mode? How long has then been happening? What version of the CMS are you using?
