Posts not loading on mobile

Hi there,

I keep getting issues with people telling me that blog posts aren't loading on my site but am not sure where to start to problem solve this.

Some of the issues are error 403 ones which I wonder if it might be a permissions problem.

For example, I just posted this post but some people can't load it on mobile devices. The site works perfectly on all my devices!

Are you able to help me with this please?

Kind regards,
Rob

Hello Rob,

That is correct as it could just be one plugin causing the issue at hand.

Hello robcnz, Thank you for contacting us about 403 errors when visiting in WordPress site on a mobile device. I tested, and was able to see the 403 errors on a mobile device, and also on the Chrome emulator. This is typically caused by permission issues, or .htaccess rules. We explain these further in our guide on Correcting a 403 Forbidden Error. If your problems persist, I recommend following our Common WordPress Troubleshooting Techniques guide. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, John-Paul
