Hello Godwin, Sorry for the problem that you’re seeing after trying to change the cPanel theme. We cannot correct that issue from the Support Center. You can contact our live technical support team in order to have the cpanel theme changed back to normal. That should correct the issue. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
You can customize your cPanel themes on VPS, and Dedicated servers. Alternately, you could code/develop a custom webmail login page. Thank you, John-Paul
Question: when I am logged in with the reseller or root password using X3, there is an option to “Switch Account” at the top that is easily accessible. Using Paper Lantern, it is not at the top of the default home page. Yes, it is accessible from the “Dashboard” (not sure why Dashboard isn’t the home page), but it would be nice if it were possible to switch accounts from the default home page.
Thank you for your suggestion. We appreciate any feedback as it helps us to provide a better product. Thank you, John-Paul
