How to Create a Network Status in WHMCS

If you are planning on performing maintenance on the server you are hosting your clients on, WHMCS allows you to display a Network Status page. This helps to notify your clients of the maintenance and provides insight into the progress/completion of the maintenance as well. In this guide, you can learn how to create a Network Status page using WHMCS.

Create Network Status

1. Log into WHMCS..

2. Hover over the Support tab then click Network Issues.

3. Click the Create New link.

4. Enter the applicable details of the issue.

5. Click on the Save Changes button.
