How To Enable File Attachment Types in WHMCS

Follow the steps below to allow or disallow certain file attachment types in WHMCS.

  1. Log Into WHMCS
  2. Hover over the Setup tab and select General Settings
    Select General Settings under Setup tab
  3. Under the General Settings click the Support tab
    Click Support tab
  4. Fill in the Allowed File Attachment Types in the available field
    Allowed File Attachment Types input
  5. Save Changes
