How to log into your SMF admin dashboard

Now that you have installed SMF 2.0 on your account, you can log into the admin dashboard. This is where you will create your forums, add users, and do other general administration of your boards. Follow the instructions below to learn how to log into your SMF 2.0 admin area.

 

1. Using your web browser, visit your SMF site. You will see the main screen with a login area in the upper right area of the page . Here you will enter the correct information in the Username and Password fields and then click on the Login button.
   
2. Next, you will be taken to to the account welcome screen. From here you will see a menu in the top portion of the page. Click on Admin to continue to the admin dashboard.
   

3. You are now in the Administrator Dashboard. From here you can continue to create and administer your SMF 2.0 board site.
