How to Log into SpamExperts

SpamExperts is a spam filtering tool that allows you to filter your incoming spam from your email accounts. Before you can administer your SpamExperts account for your domain, you will need to know how to log in. This article will guide you on how to log in for the very first time as well as subsequent logins.

Logging in for the First Time

To log into your SpamExperts account for the first time, you will need to have a password. To get the password, follow these instructions.

Note: You must have an info@ email address created for your domain. If you do not have one, you will need to create it in your cPanel.

  1. Visit the URL
  2. Click on the Retrieve log-in link button.

  3. Enter your domain name.

  4. Click on the Submit button.

  5. Check your info@ email account for an email entitled “Temporary link to change your password“.

  6. Open it and click on the “Set password” link.

  7. Enter your desired password in both the New password and Confirm new password fields.

  8. Click the Save button.

  9. You will see a confirmation message once the password has been successfully changed.

Logging into your SpamExperts Account

To log into your SpamExperts account after the first time, follow these instructions.

  1. Visit the URL
  2. Enter your domain name in the username box.

  3. Enter your account password in the password box.

  4. Click on the Submit button.

Once your login credentials are accepted you will be taken to the main dashboard screen. From here you can begin to administer your Spam Experts account.

      You will need to call in or email our Customer Service department at this time. Click here for information regarding the implementation of SpamExperts. Eventually, there will be an interface that you will be able to access directly through cPanel, but at this time, if you have a subscription to SpamExperts, you will need to manage it through a web link.
