Hello Tammy,

You can watch the video in this article and you should be able to see how to login. Otherwise, just follow these steps:

1) Login to webmail.domainname.com (replace domain name.com with your domain name) - Note that this URL will need to be replaced by your domain name.

2) Select the webmail client that you wish to use (there are 3) - select Squirrelmail
3) login with the FULL email address (not just the name)

Hi Arnel,

We have used Squirrel mail for several years and never had a problem, but since yesterday we can no longer log into our accounts. It just says unknown user name of password.

 

No other options to change passwords or anything.

 

I cleared my cookies, but that didn't change it.

 

Wondering if you have any other ideas of things to check.

Hello Michiel,

If you are able to get into the main webmail interface where you can choose Horde, Roundcube, or squirrelmail, but then have the error you will want to contact the Live Support team so they can fix any misconifguration that has occurred on your account. If you are not able to get into the mail webmail interface, please try and reset one of the affected email's passwords to see if that helps. It is rare, but possible something was corrupted.

If you can change passwords but still not get into the main interface, be sure to contact the Live Support team so they can investigate further.
